was constructed on 1983 with the 25 years experience of our founder Hayati
Özer, and has become a major professional company in the dried sultana
business, by strictly following the technological advances in production, processing and
marketing techniques. Our first plant build in 1970' s supplied almost 60% percentage of
total consumption demand of domestic market and we are pround of that "Sultan"
Brand has the image among consumers, that our competitors try hard to create. |

Learning very quickly of the high quality standards required by the European Markets, our
company has taken its rightful place within the main Turkish exporters Sultana Raisins. |

In 1988 seeing the necessity at increasing the volume of the processing capacity our
company build up a new plant in Manisa, in the area of Sultana Raisins, by using advanced
technology, and modern equipments confirming E.C standards. |

Besides all this, getting ISO 9002 certificate improved our quality. |
|
Now our company is ISO 9002 certified which is
using the advances of new technology, working with dynamic production - team, quality
assurance - team, and workers - team who are aware of our company quality policy. |

Quality is the main principle of our company. Our main aim is to produce our products by
using technology in the direction of this principle. |

The orders are evaluated by our quality assurance department in coordination with our
export department to give full ensurance to our clients. In the order to ensure the
quality we apply the following steps. |

All raw materials are checked and registered to be sure that all of them are in accordance
with our technical specifications and quality control plans. |
|
All necessary hygienic conditions and environment are supplied by our hygiene team and
also we are using a professional supervisor company to reach our target about hygiene. |
|
The products processed and packed in our plant are in accordance with national and
international food regulations. During all steps we use process control mechanism to reach
our goal, in other words, we control every step of process by affecting following analysis
to critical control points. |

Before the final products are shipped they are rechecked by our quality assurance
departments to be sure that the product is in the line with our quality policy, quality
target, specifications, and national and international standards moreover are in
accordance with clients requirements. The final product shipped after getting confirmation
report from quality assurance department. |

Our company produces the sultana raisins according to TS 3411 (Turkish Standard for
Sultana Raisins). For the products which are not in the concept of this standard are being
processed as special products in accordance with the customer specifications. |
